About The Position

We are currently searching for a Fork Lift Operator to be based out of Houston, TX. Reporting to the Supervisor, this person will have broad responsibility within the production department. This position will work 1st shift and flexibility will be required dependent on projects and workload. As of the date of this posting, a good faith estimate of the current pay for this position is $18.50. Placement in the range depends on several factors including, but not limited to, specific competencies, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, relevant experience, skills, seniority, performance, shift, travel requirements, and business or organizational needs and may change over time. Other compensation may include, but not limited to, overtime, shift differentials, bonuses, commissions, stock, and other incentives.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent
  • Previous work experience operating a forklift or other similar equipment preferred.
  • Previous work experience in a manufacturing facility preferred.
  • Previous work experience with paperwork and scanning experience preferred.
  • Knowledge of lean production processes preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Loading and unloading product / material for production lines
  • Supply raw material to production lines and assist in constant production
  • Paperwork to process shipping and warehousing activity
  • All other duties as assigned
