About The Position
We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Forklift Operator to join our team. This full-time position is responsible for various warehouse tasks including collecting and disposing of waste, transporting supplies via forklift, loading outbound trailers, and storing received items. The ideal candidate will have prior warehouse experience and excellent organizational and communication skills.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED certificate
- Prior warehouse experience
- Must be able to lift up to 20 pounds
Nice To Haves
- Forklift experience and certification
Responsibilities
- Collect and dispose of material waste and other trash items from warehouse floor
- Transport heavy supplies via forklift for finished goods operation
- Load outbound trailers as needed
- Store items received in appropriate storage areas, documenting any changes
- Report any shipping, storage, or receiving discrepancies as they arise to management
