About The Position

To operate a fork lift to move products from production to the finished goods warehouse, ensuring efficient and safe driving while adhering to quality and safety standards.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 2+ years of experience in a canning or bottling production environment
• Experience operating fork lifts in a production environment
• Experience with quality control procedures
• Experience working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
• Ability to operate fork lift
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Ability to sit for extended periods of time
• Strong attention to detail
• Good communication skills
• Commitment to safety and quality

Responsibilities

• Operate fork lift.
• Perform quality checks on finished packaging.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to sanitation and safety regulations.
• Adhere to production schedules and meet output targets.
• Follow all company safety procedures and wear required personal protective equipment.
• Participate in training programs to enhance skills and knowledge related to canning and bottling operations.
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors regarding production progress and any issues encountered.
• Assist with other tasks as assigned by the supervisor.
