Forge Tool Crib Attendant
About The Position
Manage day-to-day tooling activities such as sourcing of orders, picking and assembling tooling, managing changeover readiness, and training on systems/procedures relative to Tool Crib activities. This role involves scheduling tool assemblies to press plans, participating in and maintaining experimental tool trials, and cleaning and pressing dies for tool sets in the forge. The attendant will also maintain accurate tooling inventory and tool tracking, coordinate with the press team to keep backup tools ready, and maintain a clean, safe, and organized Tool Crib area. The position requires the ability to work self-sufficiently and be a positive example of the company culture. All other duties as assigned.
