About The Position
Performs any combination of tasks in the forging crew. For this position, day-to-day responsibilities shall include, but not be limited to: Works closely with entire forging crew, removes scale from lower die, using broom and/or air hose, using tongs, positions and turns work pieces and small tools during forging, and replaces forge crew tools in specified racks.
Requirements
- Must be able to operate a forklift and lifting devices
- Must be able to communicate in English (both written and oral) as it relates to the job
- Must possess agility and good depth perception
- Must be able to read and understand work orders, drawings, and other written instructions
- Must have the ability to manage a range of priorities, sometimes under pressure
Responsibilities
