Forestry & Natural Resource Products Specialist
About The Position
This is an entry-level position where the Forestry & Natural Resource Products Specialist will join a team of Product Specialists. Responsibilities include assisting customers with product selection, product support, and usage training for various outdoor and natural resource professions. The role also involves attending conventions and trade shows, providing input on new product selection, assisting in the production and proofing of marketing materials, and offering product support knowledge to other internal departments. Additionally, the specialist will assist with website content related to product categorization and technical support materials.

- Natural resource-related bachelor’s degree (such as forestry, wildlife management, natural resources) is required along with work experience

- Excellent driving record
- Excellent office and clerical skills, including experience with Microsoft Office software
Responsibilities
- Assisting customers with product selection and product support and usage training for outdoor and natural resource professions, as well as archaeology, arborist, geology, surveying and construction, and more.
- Attend conventions and trade shows related to natural resource and other outdoor professions
- Provide input regarding the selection of new products
- Assisting in the production and proofing of marketing materials
- Provide other internal departments with product support knowledge as needed
- Assist with certain aspects of our website pertaining to product categorization and technical support materials.
