As a Foreperson, you’ll lead key areas of the project, support field staff, and help drive productivity, quality, and safety performance on site. You’re an experienced plumber who enjoys mentoring others and taking ownership of outcomes.

Requirements

  • Red Seal Plumbing Certification
  • Gas B Certification
  • Strong knowledge of construction practices and OH&S requirements
  • Working knowledge of the BC Plumbing Code
  • Leadership experience on construction projects
  • Comfortable using Microsoft Office 365

Nice To Haves

  • 10+ years mechanical industry experience preferred

Responsibilities

  • Act as the bridge between Project Managers and field teams
  • Support planning and execution of mechanical construction schedules
  • Monitor productivity, quality, and budget alignment
  • Coordinate subcontractors and suppliers on site
  • Review drawings, estimates, and installation requirements
  • Identify and escalate risks or site challenges early
  • Conduct inspections and support quality control processes
  • Mentor apprentices and support team development
