About The Position

The Integrity & Remediation (I&R) practice assists clients in identifying, assessing, and addressing compliance, ethics, and control-related risks through proactive assessments, remediation, and compliance program enhancement initiatives, including AI governance. Our professionals help organizations remediate root causes, strengthen risk management frameworks, and meet evolving regulatory and stakeholder expectations.

Requirements

  • A bachelor’s degree in accounting, law, finance, business or a related field
  • 1+ year of related experience
  • Effective organization and time management skills, including the ability to prioritize work across multiple engagements
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to balance multiple concurrent projects and properly communicate workload issues to colleagues as needed.
  • The ability and willingness to travel and work in excess of standard hours when necessary
  • Access to reliable transportation to and from the EY office and client sites. A driver’s license is strongly recommended because ride-share and public transportation options may not be available in all locations

Responsibilities

  • Plays an active role in the delivery of client engagements, supporting planning, execution to ensure quality, consistency, and alignment with client objectives.
  • Utilizes technology including AI, advanced analytics and related tools, to support risk identification, monitoring, and data‑driven compliance insights.
  • Supports or performs compliance risk assessments, control testing, monitoring, and remediation activities related to regulatory, ethical, and governance risks, including compliance with government regulations.
  • Works collaboratively with client stakeholders and engagement teams to translate identified risks into practical, actionable remediation and improvement outcomes.
  • Enables revenue generating and relationship building efforts by contributing to development through market intelligence, solution development, thought leadership, and pursuit materials in alignment with practice growth priorities.
  • Industrializes and scales services through standardized solutions, playbooks, and assets to enable a more efficient, repeatable, and effective sales cycle.
  • Utilizes market insights, client knowledge, and advanced technology tools to support opportunity development, risk sensing, and differentiated solution discussions.
  • Contribute to client delivery through analysis, documentation, and execution of compliance, monitoring, and remediation activities.
  • Apply established methodologies and frameworks to support risk assessments, control testing, and monitoring activities.
  • Assist in the preparation of client‑ready materials, analyses, and presentations under manager or senior supervision.
  • Develop an understanding of integrity, compliance, and regulatory risk topics and how they translate into client solutions.
  • Collaborate effectively with engagement teams to support both delivery outcomes and pursuit readiness.
  • Meet performance objectives and metrics.
  • Support business development efforts by assisting with opportunity research, proposal preparation, and pursuit coordination.
  • Analyze complex fraud and compliance matters to identify risks, determine investigative approaches, and form defensible conclusions.
  • Exercise sound professional judgment balancing technical rigor, client needs, and competing priorities.
  • Assist in the translation of complex findings into actionable insights, adapting recommendations as new information and risks emerge.
  • Analyze client data, regulatory information, and background materials to support pursuits and engagement delivery.
  • Apply established methodologies and frameworks to identify risks, issues, and improvement opportunities under manager or senior supervision.
  • Exercise judgment in organizing work, managing assigned tasks, and flagging potential issues or inconsistencies in analyses.
  • Interpret guidance, templates, and prior examples to prepare client‑ready analyses and materials.
  • Escalate questions, risks, or data limitations to managers or seniors with clear articulation of observed issues.
  • Deliver clear and concise communications, both written and verbal, to clients and pursuit stakeholders.
