Forensic Care Coordinator Dane, Jefferson & Walworth Counties, WI Full-Time | Benefit Eligible | Hybrid Remote/Community-Based Lutheran Social Services of Wisconsin & Upper Michigan (LSS) is seeking a dedicated Forensic Care Coordinator to support individuals involved in Wisconsin's forensic mental health system. This role serves clients participating in the Opening Avenues to Reentry Success (OARS) program, Conditional Release (CR), and Competency Restoration programs, helping individuals successfully navigate treatment, community integration, and recovery.
