About The Position

As a member of the Computer Forensics Team, the Computer Forensic eDiscovery Analyst will support the bank’s legal teams in anticipated or active litigation by fulfilling electronic discovery requests through the identification, collection, search, and production of electronic data. In this role, you will participate in all stages of the EDRM, chain-of-custody and evidence preservation principles, and data volume reduction. You will possess case management, analytic, and communication skills, an understanding of information security concepts.

Requirements

  • Demonstrated experience in eDiscovery
  • Understanding of the Electronic Discovery Reference Model (EDRM)
  • Knowledge, skills, and ability to preserve digital evidence in a forensically sound matter
  • Experience using complex searching and filtering techniques to produce data sets for review by legal partners
  • Proven verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong analytical and creative problem-solving skills
  • Experience with any of the following: Microsoft 365 Core/Advanced eDiscovery, Nuix, Magnet Forensics AXIOM, X-Ways Forensics

Nice To Haves

  • One or more relevant certifications, such as GIAC Certified Forensic Examiner (GCFE), Certified Forensic Computer Examiner (CFCE), or Nuix Data Discovery Master preferred

Responsibilities

  • Working with key stakeholders on the identification, collection, search, and production of data for review by the bank’s legal partners
  • Performing research and development on eDiscovery tools and techniques
  • Identifying areas of improvement for internal processes and risk management
