About The Position
GRVTY is seeking a Forensic Analyst to support investigations and the analysis of digital evidence. The role is responsible for loading and processing data to assist forensic investigations, developing fingerprints and micro plugins using AMOD tools, and exploiting captured media or investigating computer security incidents to derive useful intelligence and/or help mitigate network vulnerabilities. Linux and Linux command-line experience is beneficial, while experience with CNO operations and tools is preferred.
Requirements
- Active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph.
- Relevant experience in the design or development of computer or information systems, programming, computer or network security, vulnerability analysis, penetration testing, computer forensics, and/or systems engineering.
- A doctoral degree with 2 years of relevant experience, a master's degree with 3 years, a bachelor's degree with 5 years, or an associate degree with 7 years.
- Bachelor's degree in Network Engineering, Systems Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field, including General Engineering, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Forensic, Cyber Security, Software Engineering, Information Assurance, or Computer Security.
- Strong attention to detail.
Nice To Haves
- Experience with Linux and the Linux command line.
- Experience with CNO operations and tools.
- Completion of relevant military training, such as JCAC (Joint Cyber Analysis Course), which may count toward relevant experience requirements (a 24-week JCAC course counts as 6 months of experience).
