About The Position

HPC-Industrial, powered by Clean Harbors, is seeking a Crew Leader/Foreman to join their safety-conscious team. The Crew Leader/Foreman will be responsible for planning, leading, organizing, and coordinating the daily operations of two or more service line crews. This role involves ensuring the proper operation of equipment, driving operational efficiencies at the work site, and completing accurate job-related documentation in a timely manner. The position also requires ensuring compliance with all Company policies and procedures, and maintaining/improving customer relations through quality, timely industrial cleaning services. This is presented as a great opportunity for transitioning military personnel to leverage their skills and training.

Requirements

Experience as a Crew Leader or Foreman.
Ability to plan, lead, organize, and coordinate daily operations.
Knowledge of proper equipment operation.
Skills in driving operational efficiencies.
Ability to ensure accurate and timely documentation.
Understanding of company policies and procedures.
Customer service skills to maintain and improve relations.
