About The Position

The Foreman is responsible for leading crews, coordinating daily operations, maintaining a safety-first culture, and managing efficient, high-quality project execution. The role ensures deadlines are met and all issues are communicated with Division Management. Work performed must exceed company and customer expectations.

Requirements

Strong leadership and organizational skills.
Ability to prepare and submit accurate paperwork on time.
Expert knowledge of proper equipment operation and safety practices.
Ability to work independently and meet daily schedules.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Adobe Acrobat.
Ability and willingness to travel up to 90%.

Responsibilities

Communicate regularly with internal teams regarding crew dynamics, schedules, project needs, safety concerns, and fleet maintenance.
Enforce company policies, including progressive discipline policies.
Maintain safety at all times, including driving safety, ensuring all crew members follow policies.
Operate within federal guidelines for Class A & B drivers.
Ensure job site housekeeping is maintained, including all equipment on site.
Maintain a clear driver’s license (no tickets, violations, or accidents).
Complete daily and weekly paperwork accurately and on time.
Organize job sites and direct work crews to ensure efficient operations.
Manage and resolve workplace conflicts, promoting a productive team environment.
Train and cross-train employees to strengthen operational capability.
