Requirements

High School Diploma or equivalent
IBEW trained
Valid driver license and acceptable driving record

Responsibilities

Oversee the entire project lifecycle, from planning to completion
Manage project schedules, budgets, and resources
Ensure projects are completed on time and within scope
Maintain control of safety, quality, and customer expectations
Supervise and direct the work of technicians and other crew members
Assign tasks, provide guidance, and ensure work is completed according to standards
Evaluate, organize, and control all reporting employees and field-related functions
Ensure systems are installed and maintained according to industry standards and codes
Perform inspections, testing, and troubleshooting of systems
Repair and upgrade fire alarm systems as needed
May manage vendor relationships
Inspect and maintain tools and equipment
May be responsible for ordering materials
May be required to respond to emergency service calls
Prioritize safety on all projects and ensure compliance with safety regulations
Conduct regular safety inspections and address any safety concerns
Ensure the safe and efficient operation of the field installation crew
