About The Position

As a Foreperson for RAM Construction Services, you will assist in the revitalization and construction of our surrounding areas. A Foreperson will perform a variety of tasks that aid in both the completion and success of a project and assistance of team members. To perform this position sufficiently, the employee must be able to perform the essential duties satisfactorily. The descriptions below are representative of, but not limited to, the duties and details of this position.

Requirements

Minimum education level of High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
Working knowledge of e-mailing and computers.
Prior experience with concrete required.
Prior experience as a construction foreperson required.
Valid Driver’s License.
Reliable transportation.

Nice To Haves

Valid CDL A is a plus.

Responsibilities

Coordinating work efforts in order to ensure top safety and quality of projects.
Responsible for building positive relationships with contractors, inspectors and fellow subcontractors.
Ensuring the project has adequate crew members and resources.
Able to read and understand plans and specifications for a project, as well as communicate this information to others.
Reporting progress and other required information to the Superintendent.
Lifting objects or materials weighing 60+ pounds and using hand tools and small power tools.
Performing other relevant duties as assigned and assisting crew members in their performance.
Supervise crew members in a professional and positive manner.
