About The Position

Boone Restoration is seeking an experienced Foreman to join their Large Loss Department. This role involves leading daily field operations on complex residential and commercial restoration and reconstruction projects. It is a hands-on leadership position where the Foreman will work alongside their crew, coordinate subcontractors, ensure quality and safety standards are met, and manage projects to be completed efficiently and on schedule. The position requires a leader who can exemplify strong work ethic and commitment to quality.

Requirements

• Valid Driver's License
• Construction or restoration experience required; 4+ years preferred
• Previous foreman, lead carpenter, or crew leadership experience preferred
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to read project scopes, plans, and schedules
• Basic computer and smartphone proficiency
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds
• Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and commitment to quality workmanship

Responsibilities

• Lead and work alongside field crews on restoration and reconstruction projects
• Coordinate daily jobsite activities with the Project Manager
• Supervise subcontractors and maintain productive, organized jobsites
• Perform skilled construction work as needed to keep projects moving
• Ensure projects meet Boone Restoration's quality and safety standards
• Communicate professionally with customers, subcontractors, and team members
• Manage materials, tools, equipment, and company vehicles
• Help train and mentor crew members while leading by example
