About The Position

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Foreman to lead daily operations, supervise crews, and ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and on schedule. This is an immediate opening for a hands-on leader who can effectively manage personnel, coordinate resources, and drive results while maintaining a strong commitment to safety and quality.

Requirements

Previous Foreman, Lead, Supervisor, or Crew Leader experience required.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices.
Reliable transportation and a strong attendance record.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in varying weather conditions, if applicable.

Nice To Haves

Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings preferred.

Responsibilities

Supervise and lead daily work activities of assigned crews.
Ensure all work is completed safely and in accordance with company policies and OSHA regulations.
Coordinate manpower, materials, equipment, and job-site logistics.
Monitor productivity and quality standards to ensure project success.
Train, mentor, and develop team members.
Communicate project updates, challenges, and progress to management.
Conduct safety meetings and enforce workplace safety requirements.
Read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and work orders.
Troubleshoot issues and implement solutions to keep projects on schedule.
Maintain accurate daily reports and documentation.
