About The Position

We are looking for a Foreman who can lead crews, drive production, keep jobs organized, and get work done safely and efficiently. This is not just a labor position. We want someone who can direct the crew, stage work ahead of time, communicate with the Superintendent, and help build a disciplined operation.

Requirements

• Strong demolition, excavation, grading, or infrastructure experience
• Leadership and crew management ability
• Strong work ethic and accountability
• Ability to plan daily work efficiently
• Safety-minded and organized
• Able to hold crews accountable professionally
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Responsibilities

• Lead and direct field crews daily
• Coordinate demolition, excavation, grading, and site work operations
• Stage tools, equipment, and materials before shift start
• Track and report production quantities daily
• Conduct daily tailgate safety briefings
• Complete daily reports and Think-Ahead Schedules (TAS)
• Maintain organized and safe jobsites
• Communicate field issues and delays to the Superintendent immediately
