About The Position

We are looking for a Foreman to join our expanding business with Spartan Ram Jack. We specialize in the foundation repair, basement waterproofing business. Our services include Foundation Repair (underpinning foundations by installing steel piers, stabilizing basement walls, crack injections, carbon fiber) and Water Management (Interior drainage systems, exterior drainage systems, crack injections).

Requirements

• Construction experience
• Machine Operating abilities
• Experience managing a crew/team
• Self-motivated team player with the physically capable to handle the workload
• Valid driver’s license
• Excellent communications skills
• Ability to work in all weather
• 3+ years foundation repair experience
• Must be able to pass a background check

Responsibilities

• Be in charge of a crew
• Be able to take and give direction effectively to complete the task at hand
• Responsible for trucks and equipment
• Work to complete projects within the given timeframe and budget
• Resolve contract disputes when necessary
• Communicate with the homeowner when needed

Benefits

• Hourly pay of $22.00 to $24.00 depending on experience
• Monthly bonus system adds another $1.00 - $10.00 per hour dependent on monthly crew production
• 90 day review typically follows an increase in pay pending good performance
