As the Public Works Foreman (Water Quality), you'll lead a skilled team while overseeing water quality operations, regulatory compliance, cross-connection control, and customer service. This role combines leadership with technical expertise, giving you the opportunity to mentor others, solve complex operational challenges, and help ensure the community continues to receive safe, high-quality drinking water every day.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- 7+ Years of related experience in water quality, water distribution, or a closely related field
- Valid Texas Class C Driver’s License
- Class C Water Distribution License
- Class I Wastewater Collection License
Nice To Haves
- Experience in a supervisory or lead role within municipal water or wastewater operations
- Experience performing cross-connection control inspections, customer service inspections, and maintaining compliance with state and federal water quality standards
- Additional relevant licenses or certifications beyond the minimum required
