Foreman - Thermal Fluid

Requirements
- Trade school and/or 3+ years’ experience in industrial piping, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
- Proficiencyin reading blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.
- Availability to work nights, holidays, and weekends as needed.
- Ability to travel 100% of the time.
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs. repeatedly.
- Possess a valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Pre-employment drug screen and background check
Nice To Haves
- Experience with Procore – Project Management Software (preferred)
- OSHA 30, preferred
Responsibilities
- Oversee the work of the crew, activelyparticipatingin daily tasks and operations.
- Demonstrate strong problem-solving abilities and work collaboratively with team members.
- Interpret and adhere to drawings, specifications, and instructions to effectively layout and execute project tasks.
- Operate machinery, including forklifts, scissor lifts, and boom lifts, tofacilitatethe movement and installation of equipment.
- Oversee andensureall safety protocols and requirements are met andmaintained.
- Attendall required customer meetings,representingtheteamand addressing any project-related concerns.
- Ensure job sites are cleaned and organized following the completion of tasks.
- Perform other duties as assigned to support project and teamobjectives.
