Horizon Roofing is seeking an experienced Foreman with a strong background in ACM Panel systems, large-scale standing seam installs, and job management experience. If you can lead crews, manage complex installs, and deliver high-quality results safely and efficiently, we want you on our team.

Requirements

• Proven experience installing ACM Panels
• Managed and executed large-scale standing seam installs
• Demonstrated job management experience
• Understands commercial sheet metal systems inside and out
• Above-average attention to detail
• A strong commitment to precision and correctness
• Discipline and a serious approach to responsibility
• The ability to complete tasks on time
• Strong geometry and layout skills
• Knowledge of OSHA and safety guidelines
• Strong problem-solving ability
• Ability to climb ladders and lift 50+ lbs
• Comfortable working at heights
• Reliable and dependable
• Able to work outdoors in varying climates
• No fear of heights
• Must provide your own transportation to job sites and/or shop
• Physical examination
• Drug screening
• Background check

• Work closely with your Superintendent to achieve daily project goals
• Communicate effectively through listening, speaking, and writing
• Perform physically demanding tasks with precision and care
• Climb ladders and work comfortably at heights
• Contribute to a safe, efficient, and high-quality job site
• Lead crews while maintaining productivity, quality, and safety standards
