About The Position

As a Foreman, you are a working leader — tools in hand, setting the production pace for your crew of up to four tradesmen. You execute the work plan defined by the Superintendent, keep your crew productive every shift, and flag problems before they cost hours.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of verifiable hands-on experience in process and utility piping construction
  • Proven track record leading a small crew in a field setting
  • Strong working knowledge of pipe systems, welding, fitting, and field safety
  • Experience with Procore or similar project management software
  • Proficient in reading and interpreting blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings
  • Travel required – projects are coast to coast and vary in duration
  • Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays based on project needs
  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record required
  • Must successfully pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check

Nice To Haves

  • Strong technical knowledge of process systems, FDA, USDA, 3-A sanitary welding, and industrial installations a plus
  • OSHA 10 certification preferred – OSHA 30 a plus

Responsibilities

  • Work alongside your crew every day — lead by example
  • Execute the daily work plan with precision: staged materials, clear shift targets, zero idle time
  • Write daily action plans with drawings or isometric sketches of the work to be performed
  • Set shift targets and communicate exactly what done looks like to every tradesman before the day starts
  • Track installed quantities, approve time daily, and report progress to the Superintendent
  • Keep the jobsite clean, organized, and staged — tools and materials at the work area
  • Conduct toolbox talks and enforce all safety standards
  • Operate machinery, including forklifts, scissor lifts, and boom lifts, to facilitate the movement and installation of equipment.
  • Flag bottlenecks to the Superintendent early — bring a proposed solution, not just the problem
