This role supports daily production execution and contributes to the coordination of pipe fabrication, welding, mechanical assembly, skids, pipe racks, header systems, and other prefabricated assemblies. The Foreman works closely with Area Supervisors, Quality, Manufacturing Engineering, Safety, Maintenance, and Logistics teams to verify material readiness, identify production constraints, communicate issues, and support achievement of schedule, safety, quality, and productivity expectations. The position requires regular use and understanding of shop equipment and processes including welding equipment, pipe positioners, automated saws, grinders, beveling tools, grooving machines, CNC pipe processing equipment, and material handling equipment. A strong focus is placed on maintaining safe work practices, supporting quality standards, reducing rework, maintaining 5S expectations, and ensuring work areas remain clean, organized, and production ready.
