The Foreman will manage the installation of irrigation systems (including main lines), planting of trees and shrubs, and construction of stone, concrete, and other hardscape elements. This role requires strong leadership, technical expertise, and a hands-on approach in the field. A background in horticulture or related fields is preferred to enhance understanding of integrated landscape environments. Are you the right fit for this role?

Requirements

• Over 5 years as a Foreman
• Must have a valid Driver's License
• Able to read construction plans
• MS Office, Outlook, phone app, dig tickets

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret landscape plans, blueprints, and specifications
• Install irrigation systems, including main line systems
• Oversee planting of trees, shrubs, and other landscape materials
• Manage construction of concrete, pavers, stonework, and related structures
• Ensure projects meet company quality standards and client expectations
• Maintain job site safety and enforce safety protocols
• Coordinate materials, equipment, and workforce to meet project deadlines
