Requirements

  • Ability to manage crews and perform hands-on landscaping tasks
  • Ability to lead your team in completing high-quality work while meeting deadlines
  • Ability to work occasional Saturday shifts during the busy season
  • Proficiency in operating landscaping tools like skid steers, mini excavators, mowers, chainsaws, sod cutters, etc.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Commitment to following all safety protocols on the job site

Responsibilities

  • Leading a small crew (2 to 3 people) in completing efficient outdoor projects, meeting quality expectations, and following all safety policies
  • Directing crew members and performing hands-on responsibilities during planting installations, lawn installations, small hardscape projects, and general landscaping maintenance jobs
  • Properly operating and maintaining equipment (skid steers, mini excavators, mowers, etc.)
  • Preparing and submitting paperwork
  • Professionally communicating with customers and team members
