Requirements

Ability to manage crews and perform hands-on landscaping tasks
Ability to lead your team in completing high-quality work while meeting deadlines
Ability to work occasional Saturday shifts during the busy season
Proficiency in operating landscaping tools like skid steers, mini excavators, mowers, chainsaws, sod cutters, etc.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Commitment to following all safety protocols on the job site

Responsibilities

Leading a small crew (2 to 3 people) in completing efficient outdoor projects, meeting quality expectations, and following all safety policies
Directing crew members and performing hands-on responsibilities during planting installations, lawn installations, small hardscape projects, and general landscaping maintenance jobs
Properly operating and maintaining equipment (skid steers, mini excavators, mowers, etc.)
Preparing and submitting paperwork
Professionally communicating with customers and team members
