Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Valid, non-probationary driver's license with a good driving record.
  • 1+ years of construction experience preferred; leadership experience is a plus.
  • Strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
  • Desire to grow into a leadership role and build a long-term career.
  • Positive attitude and team-first mindset.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Commitment to safety, quality workmanship, and customer satisfaction.
  • Ability to lift and move heavy materials, operate power tools, and work in crawl spaces and varying indoor and outdoor conditions.
  • Comfortable using phone and tablet applications for work-related tasks.
  • Ability to pass a pre-employment background check.

Responsibilities

  • Train to become a Foreman and lead installation teams.
  • Install basement waterproofing systems, sump pumps, foundation repair solutions, and crawl space encapsulation systems.
  • Learn how to manage projects efficiently while maintaining Sure-Dry's high standards for quality and customer satisfaction.
  • Work closely with Production Managers and experienced Foremen to ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget.
  • Assist with site evaluations and project planning.
  • Develop leadership skills by mentoring and supporting crew members as your responsibilities grow.
  • Communicate professionally with homeowners and provide an outstanding customer experience.
  • Maintain tools, equipment, and company vehicles.
  • Follow all company safety guidelines, procedures, and installation standards.
  • Participate in ongoing training, team meetings, and leadership development programs.
  • Work both indoors and outdoors depending on project needs.
