This role is for Non-US Accredited Foreign Graduates who have successfully passed the FPGEE and TOEFL. The program offers challenging opportunities to learn and grow professionally within a culture of continuous improvement, aiming to change healthcare for the better. The intern will complete a mixed modality learning plan, utilizing their pharmacy knowledge and skills to gain experience in diverse patient care, practice management, leadership, and education. The goal is to prepare them to pass all required Pharmacist licensure exams. Under the direct supervision of a licensed Pharmacist, the intern plays a critical role in ensuring a safe and effective Retail Pharmacy work environment, delivering exceptional care to patients. Key areas of focus include patient safety, pharmacy professional practice, regulatory requirements, quality assurance, customer service, inventory management, and workflow management (excluding final prescription verification). A significant component involves keeping customers and patients healthy through the adoption and management of patient care programs.
