This role is for Non-US Accredited Foreign Graduates who have successfully passed the FPGEE and TOEFL. The program offers challenging opportunities to learn and grow professionally within a culture of continuous improvement aimed at enhancing healthcare. Interns will be immersed in a mixed modality learning plan, utilizing their pharmacy knowledge and skills to gain experience in diverse patient care, practice management, leadership, and education. The goal is to prepare them to pass all required Pharmacist licensure exams. Under the direct supervision of a licensed Pharmacist, interns play a critical role in ensuring a safe and effective Retail Pharmacy work environment, delivering exceptional patient care. Key areas of focus include patient safety, professional practice, regulatory requirements, quality assurance, customer service, inventory management, and workflow management (excluding final prescription verification). A significant component involves managing patient care programs to keep customers and patients healthy. Interns are expected to lead with empathy, support their Pharmacy manager in developing staff, identify business opportunities, adapt to change, seek growth and collaboration, align with the company's purpose, and foster a team culture.
