This role supports contingent workforce initiatives and related staffing efforts. It involves supporting planning, coordination, and execution of Foreign Military Sales (FMS) case activities and related program actions. The analyst will assist with the preparation, review, and tracking of FMS case documentation, program status materials, briefings, and reports. This position requires coordination with various stakeholders including program management, financial management, logistics, contracts, technical, and international program teams. The analyst will track FMS actions, suspense dates, case milestones, funding status, deliverables, and meeting outcomes. A key part of the role is analyzing program, schedule, financial, and logistics information to support case execution and leadership decision-making. The analyst will also support partner-nation meetings, program management reviews, working groups, and action-item closure. Preparation of clear written products such as point papers, meeting minutes, correspondence, data-call responses, and status reports is essential. Maintaining awareness of FMS policy, financial processes, export-related coordination requirements, and case execution procedures is also a responsibility. The role includes supporting the coordination of requirements, deliveries, sustainment planning, and program risks associated with international customers, ensuring FMS products are accurate, timely, and aligned with program objectives and government direction.
