About The Position

The Foreign Disclosure Representative (FDR) uses specialized subject matter expertise on matters of document review and release, and attention to detail, to enable the dissemination of finished intelligence production. This role provides intelligence customers with actionable intelligence and context. The FDR will help the client with the releasability of intelligence reports and assessments, acting as the authority on document review and providing time-critical recommendations, often under pressure. This role offers opportunities to grow expertise and broaden skill sets into areas like recommending releasability of intelligence information based on applicable US law, regulation, and policy. The position involves sharing expertise with other analysts through leadership and mentoring, with resources available for learning new skills and tools.

Requirements

Knowledge of Foreign Disclosure laws, regulations, and policies, including the National Disclosure Policy (NDP) and Department of Defense Foreign Disclosure Manual
Knowledge of the Indo-Pacific region and strategic initiatives
Ability to pay strict attention to detail
Active TS/SCI clearance
Willingness to take a polygraph exam
HS diploma or GED and 9+ years of experience with foreign disclosure, dissemination, or information export control, OR Associate's degree and 7+ years of experience with foreign disclosure, dissemination, or information export control, OR Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of experience with foreign disclosure, dissemination, or information export control
Completion of a Service, National Agency, or Combatant Command Foreign Disclosure Certification or Training Course

Nice To Haves

Experience as an all-source intelligence analyst
Knowledge of the intelligence cycle
Knowledge of Intelligence Community related software and databases
Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills, including briefing to provide training, guidance, and awareness to personnel on foreign disclosure regulations and procedures
Completion of the International Programs Security Requirements (IPSR) Course
