We are seeking a highly analytical, detail-oriented, and proactive Forecasting Data Analyst to join our team. Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in data analysis of forecasting, inventory management, or a related field
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and work with large datasets
• Excel experience
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail and follow-through
• Strong sense of ownership, responsibility, and accountability
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to confidently follow up and drive tasks forward
• Self-motivated and willing to take initiative, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines

Responsibilities

• Analyze data and trends to support accurate demand forecasting
• Monitor inventory levels and proactively identify risks and opportunities
• Take ownership of key processes and ensure timely execution of deliverables
• Lead follow-ups with cross-functional teams to drive alignment and accountability
• Collaborate with purchasing, operations, and sales to align on forecasts and priorities
• Develop and maintain reports and tools to support decision-making
• Identify and implement process improvements to drive efficiency and accuracy
