About The Position
Ontario Auto Ranch Ford in Fruitland, Idaho is seeking experienced Ford technicians who are looking for an opportunity to earn top-tier compensation while enjoying a better quality of life. Compared to the Gresham and Portland metro market, Fruitland offers a substantially lower cost of living, more affordable housing, shorter commutes, and access to outdoor recreation. This is not an entry-level position, and we are looking for technicians with at least 2 years of Ford dealership or structured shop experience who are ready to build a long-term future in a high-performing dealership environment. Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of Ford dealership or structured automotive shop experience
- Strong mechanical and diagnostic ability
- Professional attitude and dependable work ethic
- Ability to perform in a fast-paced flat-rate environment
