Responsibilities

  • Schedule service appointments and coordinate with the service team for timely vehicle repairs and maintenance.
  • Keep customers informed about the progress and any changes in the status of their vehicle repairs.
  • Process service orders and warranty claims accurately and efficiently.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Ford vehicle systems, services, and promotions.
  • Promote additional services and repairs as needed, ensuring customer satisfaction and dealership profitability.
