About The Position

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Service Advisor or in a customer-facing role in the automotive industry is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers promptly and professionally as they arrive for service appointments.
• Listen carefully to customers’ concerns and vehicle issues to provide accurate information and recommendations.
• Prepare and explain detailed service estimates and repair plans to customers.
• Schedule service appointments and coordinate with the service team for timely vehicle repairs and maintenance.
• Keep customers informed about the progress and any changes in the status of their vehicle repairs.
• Process service orders and warranty claims accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Ford vehicle systems, services, and promotions.
• Promote additional services and repairs as needed, ensuring customer satisfaction and dealership profitability.
