Requirements
- Subject Matter Expert (SME) for the Ford Production System (FPS)
- Ability to partner with the production team on the shop floor
- Facilitate deep understanding, robust implementation, and disciplined execution of FPS standards
- Ensure high-quality, safe, and efficient battery manufacturing operations
