About The Position

At Ford Bend, our parts department is a fast-paced environment serving technicians within the dealership as well as clients throughout the community by selling OEM and aftermarket parts to our clients. We are a premier employer in the area and our dealership serves not only the local community but also all the outlying, rural communities with all their Ford parts and service needs. Requirements
- Automotive parts experience
- Inventory control
- Knowledge of electronic parts catalogues
- Ability to communicate effectively
- Ability to make recommendations
- Ability to prioritize items in order of importance
Nice To Haves
- Experience with manufacture specific catalogues is preferred
Responsibilities
- Selling parts to customers and vendors via phone, internet, and in person
- Maintaining inventory records
- Assisting customers and technicians with parts needs and obtaining parts information
- Creating invoices
- Processing orders, returns, and warranties
- Receiving parts from delivery
