Requirements
- Valid Ford Master Technician certification or equivalent certification from a recognized automotive authority
- Extensive experience working on Ford vehicles, with a strong understanding of their systems and components
- Proficiency with diagnostic tools, software, and electronic testing equipment
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively within a team
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks
Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair complex mechanical, electrical, and electronic issues on Ford vehicles
- Perform routine maintenance services such as oil changes, brake repairs, and tire rotations
- Use diagnostic tools and software to identify vehicle problems accurately
- Ensure all repairs meet manufacturer specifications and quality standards
- Maintain detailed service records and documentation for all work performed
- Stay current with Ford technical bulletins, service updates, and industry best practices
- Mentor and assist junior technicians to improve team skills and knowledge
- Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment
