About The Position
Beck Ford – Lincoln is seeking experienced, Ford-certified Master Technicians. They offer the resources of a large dealership with a small-town culture, focusing on stability, respect, and earning potential for proven talent. The role involves performing high-level diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance according to Ford factory standards, documenting work, diagnosing complex issues, and collaborating with Service Advisors and Parts departments. Technicians are expected to complete multi-point inspections, stay updated on technical bulletins through paid factory training, maintain tools, and ensure an exceptional customer experience.
Requirements
- 18+ years old
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
- Own basic professional tools
- Authorized to work in the U.S.
- Able to pass background check, MVR, and drug screening

Responsibilities
- Perform high-level diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance in accordance with Ford factory standards
- Accurately document all work performed on repair orders
- Diagnose complex vehicle concerns and complete authorized repairs efficiently
- Communicate clearly with Service Advisors and Parts to keep workflow moving
- Complete multi-point inspections and provide professional recommendations
- Stay current with Ford technical bulletins and participate in paid factory training
- Maintain your personal tool inventory
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience that builds long-term loyalty
