About The Position

This position focuses on providing a personalized customer experience in a retail environment. The associate will be responsible for customer check-in and check-out, managing fitting room merchandise, and learning product knowledge to assist customers. The role emphasizes a team-first mentality, adaptability, and a strong sense of ownership and integrity.

Requirements

In pursuit of a high school diploma or general education degree (GED)
1-3 months of related experience or training
Equivalent combination of education and experience
Must be able to sit, stand, bend at the waist, climb, stoop, kneel, crouch, reach, walk, push/pull, lift, talk, and hear with or without reasonable accommodation.
Exerting up to 50 pounds of force occasionally, and/or 30 pounds of force frequently, and/or up to 10 pounds of force constantly to move objects
Follow all safety procedures and perform job duties in a fashion that minimizes the risk of injury.

Responsibilities

Greet customers, check customers in and out of rooms, while monitoring the amount of merchandise the customer has in the fitting room
Prepares merchandise (buttons, zips, etc.) to return to the selling floor
Answer all incoming calls in a friendly, professional, and pleasant disposition
Learn product knowledge to assist customers and partner effectively with sales associates
Be knowledgeable to answer questions concerning location, price, and use of merchandise, and direct customers to the correct associate when necessary
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized fitting room environment
