Requirements

Responsibilities

Plating, setting up and tearing down café, restaurant, or retail areas.
Assisting in the kitchen with prep, dish room duties, and managing dry stock and perishable food inventories.
Maintaining sanitation standards.
Preparing and presenting meals according to Executive Chef Menus.
Inventorying and portioning ingredients.
Ensuring patients and residents receive meals in compliance with dietary instructions.
Assisting with meal selection, tray setup, delivery, and removal of food trays.
Demonstrating compassion and excellent service to patients and residents.
