Requirements
- Hospitality experience is desired
- A SMILE is required
- Must bring a strong work ethic
- Enjoy working in a TEAM environment
- Ability to apply elementary mathematical statistics that would apply to inventory and portioning
- Be willing to roll up sleeves and contribute where needed
- Hospitality-driven
- Able to work and thrive in a team environment

- Background checks and drug screening for all employees as part of the on-boarding process
Nice To Haves
- Experience desired but OPEN to train candidates with a passion for food and understands the basics
- Experience as a cook or culinary schooling would be ideal
Responsibilities
- Plating, set up and tear down of café, restaurant, retail areas
- Assist in kitchen to include prep, dish room, dry stock and perishable food inventories and sanitation
- Prepare and present delicious meals and impressive presentations following our Executive Chef Menus
- Ability to inventory and portion ingredients
- Ensure patients and residents receive amazing in-room meals with unexpected service and smiles
- Ensure compliance with patient dietary instructions
- Assist with meal selection, tray set up, delivery and removal of food trays with strong focus on hospitality and demonstrating compassion and amazing service to our guest patients and residents
