About The Position

Food service, also known as on premise selling, will service existing accounts and use superior cold-calling selling skills to generate new business in the Restaurant segment in these geographic cities - North Seattle, Kirkland, Woodinville, Duvall, Kenmore, Bothell, Lynnwood and Everett. Build and maintain strategic partnerships with customers and drive customer satisfaction through superior service and execution. Acquire new Restaurant accounts via leads, cold-calling and other strategic selling solutions. Must be able to travel in market for 4 days to visit customers/prospects. Ability to work in a fast paced environment. Coordinate placement of new equipment and ensure flawless execution of logistics. Successful candidates will drive volume, revenue and paint the town Pepsi Blue.

Requirements

  • A minimum of 3 years of foodservice Restaurant selling experience (Required)
  • Diploma/bachelor’s degree and/or equivalent work experience
  • Restaurant, Food Service or consumer packaged goods experience (Required)
  • Must be willing and able to lift 40 lbs. periodically
  • This position is limited to persons with indefinite right to work in the United States.
  • Must have a valid driver's license
  • Safe driving record required

  • Fountain equipment knowledge is preferred

Responsibilities

  • The FSR owns the customer relationship and territory responsible for retaining existing business, growing revenue, winning new business, expanding distribution, executing company priorities, and coordinating internally to deliver a strong customer experience.
  • Drive Sales Growth – Deliver revenue and volume targets through distribution, innovation, and incremental opportunities.
  • Win New Restaurant Business – Prospect, build a pipeline, and convert competitive accounts.
  • Manage Customer Relationships – Own assigned accounts, conduct regular visits, and proactively address customer needs.
  • Execute Key Priorities – Drive company initiatives, close distribution voids, and ensure strong in-market execution.
  • Partner Cross-Functionally – Work with Delivery, Equipment, AR, and other teams to resolve issues and support customers.
  • Own Performance – Track KPIs, identify gaps, and take action to achieve individual and market goals.

  • Bonus based on performance and eligibility target payout is 10% of annual salary paid out quarterly.
