The Foodservice Analyst & Kitchen Support position is responsible for administrative purchasing, data analysis, POS support, and new location support for the Vice President, Director of Corporate Foodservice, Educational Foodservice, Sports Entertainment Foodservice, and Plum Market partnerships. This role supports Campus locations as needed and assists with new Foodservice openings. This position plays an important role in maintaining accurate data, supporting cost controls, assisting with recipe and product management, and helping ensure Foodservice systems and processes are organized, consistent, and efficient.
