The primary focus of the Food Truck Cashier is to provide outstanding service to guests in a fast-paced, luxury brand-inspired hotel environment where attention to detail is key. He/She will be working in a Kosher Food Truck. He/she will also possess a limitless desire to attain the highest levels of quality and cleanliness in all areas of the Food and Beverage Operations. All duties are to be performed in accordance with departmental and property policies, practices, and procedures.
