About The Position

Great Escapes RV Resorts is a growing company specializing in acquisition, development, and management of RV Resorts throughout the United States. We are seeking individuals who possess the skills and interest to join our dynamic and rapidly growing team.

As a seasonal Food Trailer Attendant, you will be responsible for upholding the highest quality standards for the food and beverage operations inside our café trailer. You will work with your team members to deliver a high-quality service experience that exceeds customer expectations.

Responsibilities

• Receive orders and serve customer requests completely in a timely manner, including but not limited to serving as a barista or cocktail attendant/bartender, if required
• Understand menu content, any menu changes, and promotional activities.
• Responsible for overseeing food supplies, including condiments and ingredients, prior to the establishment’s opening.
• Keep your service area clean, tidy, and well-prepared.
• Work collaboratively with other staff members.
• Efficiently manage the proper settlement of all customer accounts
• Answer Guest queries in a polite and helpful manner
