As a Classroom Floater, the role involves assisting and cooperating with teaching staff by relieving them for breaks and planning time, while promoting the health, safety, nutrition, and education of children aged birth to five. The position requires adherence to Head Start Program Performance Standards, state licensing requirements, and agency policies, while maintaining positive relationships with staff and families.
