About The Position

Coordinates patient and caf é foodservice, including preparation and production of food items along with ordering and stocking. Has good communications skills and able to work with customers and employees.

Requirements

  • HS Diploma
  • 5 years restaurant experience
  • 1 year management/supervisory experience
  • Manager Serve Safe Certification
  • Must be able to work 8-hour shifts, standing, lifting, walking, stooping and bending.
  • Must be able to lift 40 lbs. during shift.
  • Must be able to make accurate decisions clearly and quickly in a busy environment.
  • Must be able to communicate well with customers and cope with their problems and demands in a positive manner.

Responsibilities

  • Ensures that room service line and caf é are set and ready for production.
  • Must be able to supervise and lead by example.
  • Must be able to do multiple tasks.
