Under administrative direction, the purpose of the position is to monitor and ensure quality control and assurance for food service operations in compliance with contractual and statutory requirements. Employees in this classification provide managerial oversight to contracted services to ensure quality control and adherence to agreed upon obligations. Position is responsible for the evaluation and resolution of any contractual or statutory non-compliance difficulties within the food service operations. Performs related work as as directed.
