Operates the cash registers and other related equipment to capture food and beverage purchases for Food Services. Maintains, cleans, organizes and stocks retail area. May assist with food preparation following appropriate food safety guidelines. Accurately completes transactions and collects appropriate payment sources from customers. Counts money in cash drawer at the beginning and end of shift to ensure correct balance.
